As we keep serving more of you every day, we’re on a mission to make Seven Dials Market more accessible.
We’re all about creating a welcoming and accessible space for everyone. Whether you navigate the venue in a wheelchair, deal with allergies, or seek information on the quietest times and spaces, we’re here to assist and do our best to have your back.
In our ongoing commitment to improve, we’ve recently been audited by OutOut and are proud to be verified as an accessible venue. While there’s still plenty of work to do, we’re upping our game and taking on the challenge.
GENERAL
Of course, please email hello@sevendialsmarket.com with any specific request or question, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Most of our tables are saved for walk-ins, but we do now take bookings in Bar Nana for tables of 4 to 8 people, Monday to Friday and Sundays. Please book here.
There are lots of food and drink options at Seven Dials Market, so we can cater for everyone! Most the allergen info is displayed on the menus at each stall, but please speak with the trader directly before ordering for full allergen and dietary information on request.
Also, please note that we operate communal-style table eating and have shared facilities for storage and pot wash, so whilst we take care of reducing cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
ENTRANCES
Yes, we have full step-free access from three of our five entrances; two of them located in Earlham Street, and one in Shorts Garden. Our two other entrances feature step-up access.
LAYOUT AND CIRCULATION
Yes, on the ground floor by Bar Nana you’ll find our pink lift that will take you downstairs to Banana Warehouse, where you will find seven food vendors, our main bar, a quieter seating area, and the toilet facilities.
Of course, they’re allowed throughout the venue and our team is aware of this.
SANITARY FACILITIES
We do indeed. They’re downstairs, around the corner from Lucky’s Hot Chicken, at the end of the corridor on both your left and right.
NEURODIVERSITY
There are semi-quiet areas in the market during the week; upstairs by Chai Guys, and downstairs in the bookshop. The weekends are a bit busier, so finding a quiet spot can be more challenging.
