Mouna’s family recipes have been passed down through generations, showcasing the beautiful multiculturalism of Syrian cuisine with influences from surrounding countries and communities.
Since graduating from the inKERBator programme, Mouna has been on a mission: breaking boundaries, countering stereotypes, and bringing people together around a table of incredible food. From fresh hummus lemonade to cauliflower wraps, every dish is made with carefully sourced ingredients and served with passion.
