Now bringing their signature comfort bowls to a permanent home, HOKO serves up steaming wonton noodle soups that hit all the right notes. Think springy egg noodles seasoned with rich dried flounder, deep chicken and pork broth, and delicate hand-wrapped wontons – from prawn and pork to beef brisket and tendon or tofu and king oyster mushroom – all finished with yellow chives.
