Here, marshmallow is the main event: swirled into drinks, baked into bombs, torched to order. Sip on a Hazelnut S’mores Hot Chocolate or a matcha masterpiece like the “London Fog” (hojicha, Earl Grey, spirulina and a swoop of Mello crème). Then get stuck into desserts like the Baked Alaska Lemon Meringue Bombs.
