Oshpaz was dreamt up by Muzaffar Sadykov, who noticed a distinct lack of the Central Asian Cuisine that he had loved from a very young age. He aspired to bring a slice of his childhood to Londoners and here he is at Seven Dials Market making his dreams come true!

Muzaffar first met KERB in 2018 at their past market in Peckham, where he hustled the market manager into a pitch the following week with his charming charisma and amazingly authentic Uzbeki food. Since graduating from KERB’s InKERBator scheme he has gone from strength to strength based on the great success of the incredible manty dumplings hand-made by Muzaffar and his team. A proper journey from the KERB up!

Muzzafar and his team are now also slinging hand-pulled noodles in Banana Warehouse until mid-May. If you haven’t slurped them yet, you’re missing out…
