Chef Ra is the mastermind behind Ra’s Banchan Bar. Born and bred in Seoul, she learned the art of cooking from her mum-in-law, with recipes that have been passed down for generations. Ra and her husband Max graduated from the inKERBator programme in 2022, and have been refining their flavours and recipes since. Today they bring us a new concept, a thoughtfully curated menu of traditional Korean dishes with a modern twist.
Whether you’re a fan of classic Korean staples like bulgogi bibimbap and kimchi pancakes, or you’re looking to try something new like tteokbokki or banchan bar snacks, you’re in for a treat! And for those looking for an Asian cocktail fix, wash your meal down with their Japanese whisky cocktails.
