Nestled in the corner of Cucumber Alley, Sukoshi is your front-row ticket to sushi innovation. Watch as sushi rolls, sashimi and more are crafted fresh to order by Andrew’s team of sushi chefs.

On the Menu

Hosomaki – classic Japanese Sushi rolls, perfectly compact and bursting with flavour. Choose from cucumber, avocado, salmon or tuna.

Uramaki – fresh ingredients wrapped in nori and seasoned rice – Inside out rolls.

Nigiri – slices of fresh fish on seasoned sushi rice with a touch of wasabi.

Premium Rolls – our refined sushi creations, blending delightful flavours.

Sashimi – delicately sliced fresh sushi-grade fish.

Tataki – seared fish brushed with garlic oil, topped with roasted sesame seeds, served on a bed of dressed salad.
