Andrew Taylor, the mad genius behind Hot Rocket, traded in his chef’s whites for a food truck and joined the inKERBator programme in January 2023. We couldn’t help but fall head over heels for his menu.
Now, he’s slinging the sauciest Cuban Sandwich in Cucumber Alley, and we’re stoked to give him a cosy spot to park his rocket.
