Los Gordos are bringing Colombian tacos to Seven Dials Market
Picture this: slow-cooked shredded beef marinated in beer, and fried chicken marinated in orange juice and lemon buttermilk… producing some of the softest, juiciest, meat to be sandwiched in one a Los Gordos taco. Perfection, right?
Meet Seb, the mastermind behind Los Gordos, with over a decade of passion poured into each taco. He’s dreaming big, aiming to flip the taco scene on its head and make them stand out as the best taco spot in the country.
Seb joined KERB’s inKERBator programme in 2022, graduating with flying colours and becoming regulars on London’s lunch market scene. Now, they’re taking the plunge and opening a +30 seater, seven day a week restaurant in Seven Dials Market.
So, what’s on the menu?
Choose from beef brisket, fried chicken, mushroom or plantain tacos, served up on blue or white corn tortilla – all made without gluten. Vegans are well catered for, with Los Gordos’s burnt citrus taco knocking the socks off all those who taste it. Pair it with dirty nachos or patacones, or dive into their burritos and get your taste buds doing a happy dance.
